School to School Support

We are very proud of our staff at all levels; they work incredibly hard to ensure that children are happy and achieve well. We are very fortunate enough to have a number of very talented  teachers at the school, both senior leaders and middle leaders who are SLEs (Specialist Leaders of Education) . This involves providing support and training to other schools both within and out of Newham. As a partnership of schools, we work together to recruit and train excellent teachers, who are inspired and equipped to continue to develop their teaching and leadership skills throughout their careers.

School senior leaders from the ELASCITT partnership take part in the interview process, and are members of the Quality Assurance Board and the Strategic Board.
